Traffic Offences

1st April, 2014

Facts:

  1. Our client, a general practitioner, was charged with driving without a licence for the third time.
  2. A third offence could attract a term of imprisonment.
  3. A careful analysis of the complicated fact scenario which led to our client being a repeat offender allowed us to enter a plea in mitigation to the Court.
  4. The Court after consideration granted the minimum penalty to our client.
